Deemed Conveyance

Government launched the scheme of deemed conveynce in 2014-15 for the treansfer of rights hassle free because many housing societies are facing the problems to get the transfer of rights of land or title. Having conveyance deed means having the title of land or building in the name of Society. It also empowers the societies with the transfer of right, interest of the land and building in the name of the society. We have observed that many cooperative societies do not have conveyance deed and because of this redevelopment of these societies are not possible or stucked.
